General Instruction / Rules (Session : April To March): –

  • Administration will be controlled by the Trust ‘AALAM EDUCATION MISSION’ with active and sound ‘Managing Committee’
  • Students have to follow discipline strictly.
  • Each and every student must reach to the school with proper uniform, Children are not allowed to wear cloths that are short, faded, worn out or shabby.
  • Student must reach to the school at least 10 minutes before prayer.
  • Students have to come to the school with identity card.
  • Student should not carry money, small coins, sharp tools, toys etc.
  • Tearing of paper, damaging school things, operating electrical switches are not permissible.
  • When it will be necessary to throw any thing like bits of paper, unused eraser, broken pencil etc. Must put into the ‘Use Me’ box.
  • All Communication inside the school should be in English / Hindi.
  • All students are bound to sit all Exams.
  • The school is at liberty to alter, add to or repeal any regulation given in the Website. However, the school shall inform parents of such changes.
  • Parents who have any complains, suggestions to make are free to meet the Principal / Director and discuss their complaints and suggestions.
  • The school does not accept any responsibility, legal or otherwise for accident. It, however, takes all necessary steps to prevent their happenings.
  • Parents / Guardians are expected to be present in the seminars, function and meetings; which are arranged from time to time by the school.
  • The boarders are not allowed to take any food from outside during their staying in Hostel.
  • Parents / Guardian / Authorized Escorts must come and collect their ward for Puja / Summer Vacation / Winter Vacation within 24 Hrs of the last working day.
  • Visiting Hours : Only Sunday 7AM to 7PM / Or Any Holiday.
  • Parents are not permitted to enter into correspondence with other members of the staff.
  • Once a student admitted as a boarder, he / she will not be permitted to be a day-scholar under any circumstances during the running academic year.
  • Students must be present in excursion.
  • Phone call should be possible with the student only on Sunday between 8AM To 8PM.
