Admission Eligibility

Admission to a class will be considered based on the following:

  • The student must satisfy the applicable age requirements prescribed by the relevant State/UT education authorities.
  • For students seeking admission to a higher class, the student must have successfully completed the qualifying class or examination required for admission.
  • Students transferring from another recognized school must provide the required Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate and relevant academic records.
  • The school may assess the student’s academic level, where applicable, to determine appropriate class placement.
  • Admission to Classes X and XII will be subject to the applicable CBSE rules and procedures. Direct admission to these classes is not permitted except in accordance with the procedure prescribed by CBSE.
Documents Required

Parents/guardians may be required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

For New Admissions
  1. Completed Admission/Application Form
  2. Student’s Birth Certificate or other valid proof of date of birth
  3. Recent passport-size photographs of the student
  4. Parent/Guardian identification and contact details
  5. Address/Residence proof, wherever applicable
  6. Previous academic records/report card, where applicable
  7. Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate for students transferring from another school
  8. Any other documents required by the school or applicable education authorities

For students who have previously attended another school, the required Transfer Certificate should be obtained from the last school attended. CBSE rules also require the student’s eligibility and qualifying academic records to be properly documented.

Note: The school may request additional documents where required for verification, statutory compliance, or maintaining student records.
